Maayan Tsach-Cohen
Chef de Cuisine, Cityscape Cityscape Chef de Cuisine, Maayan Tsach-Cohen, has an insatiable appetite to learn. She has been learning her way around the kitchen since early childhood, but took the professional path of cooking only later in life, when she decided to change careers and become a chef. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NYC, Chef Tsach-Cohen is Cityscape’s first female chef in its 35 year-existence. In less than a year, Chef Tsach-Cohen’s menu has generated rave reviews by local diners and appeals for cooking classes, wine dinners and private dinners. “I let the seasonal produce, fresh ingredients and local foods speak for themselves,” says Chef Tsach-Cohen.
“My husband and I both changed careers to pursue our passion for food and wines.”
Her love for local, fresh ingredients describes the foundation of her menu.
